A master of management and marketing, Alex HEINRICH joined the winery over 15 years ago. This visionary manager dreams up and directs the sale of the Cave's 2.5 million bottles. He defines the strategy to be applied and always gets results. Under his management, the Cave has won more awards at the Concours Agricole de Paris than any other in Alsace . Therefore, it came as no surprise when he was selected to receive the prestigious Mérite Agricole (Agricultural Order of Merit) in 2000.

of a grape grower, Michel KUENY 's life has revolved around the Cave de Pfaffenheim for over 30 years. A true perfectionist, he has been known to get up in the middle of the night to keep watch over a vat of fermenting wine. So it will come as no surprise to learn that he goes as far as Sardinia to select the 12 year old cork to be used in our bottles !

is available all year round in our tasting room to take your round the cellars and the winery and also to offer you a tasting of many of our wines. Ordering Department
Antoinette WISSELMANN has been managing our order department by telephone, fax, e-mail and mail for over 25 years. Your orders are dealt with on the day they arrive, prepared the following day in our cellars and sent out via a network of transporters who do daily pick-ups. She also deals with our after-sales service.
